Scarfs N Scarf – Exchange & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 2 days after delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Defected or Damaged Items

  • Please inspect your product upon arrival.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly email us at scarfsnscarf@gmail.com or whatsapp us at  +92 327 2951121 within 2 days.

  • Share the unboxing video and clear defect pictures with your email.

  • We will happily refund or exchange the product as you prefer.

3. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, email us with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred replacement item.

  • Courier/shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of defected/damaged items.

  • Customer must send the product back and bear the delivery charges.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
