1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return

Products can be exchanged or returned within 2 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Defected or Damaged Items

Please inspect your product upon arrival.

Share the unboxing video and clear defect pictures with your email.

We will happily refund or exchange the product as you prefer.
3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, email us with your order number, reason for exchange, and preferred replacement item.

Courier/shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer.
4. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in case of defected/damaged items.

Customer must send the product back and bear the delivery charges.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
